Whether you’re just starting on your fitness journey, or you’re a seasoned veteran looking for a boost in your training, we have a program for you.

The Torque Method is a culmination of 15+ years of training and workouts with thousands of clients ranging from absolute beginners – to pro athletes, and including incredible body and fitness transformations, and holistic based healthy lifestyle programs.

We are experts in our field and we coach and train our clients with these exact programs and we continue to innovate and expand our expertise through hands on training/coaching every day in the gym.

.PROGRAM LEVELS.

BEGINNER/INTRO TO STRENGTH
This is where you start if you’re looking to take your first steps. Our Intro to Strength program is a 3 day workout plan that covers the fundamentals of working out. We created this program so that you’ll be able to enter any gym, know your way around the machines and weights, and start every workout with a plan.

With 24hr support, your coach is only a message away to help you achieve your goals.

INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM
Our Intermediate Program is a 4 day workout plan. If you find yourself familiar with the gym, you’re comfortable with various exercises, and you’re looking for something you can stick to and progress long term – this is the program for you.

You’ll be pushed in your workouts, and combined with a nutrition plan from your coach, you’ll see continued success as the months continue. More than half of our clients and members use this program in their fitness goals.

ADVANCED STRENGTH PROGRAM
This is our signature program which is 5 days of advanced training and techniques. This is also called our Powerbuilding Program which has been proven to increase strength, increase muscle mass, reduce bodyfat, and create champions.

This is where powerlifting and bodybuilding meet to create a powerful physique and massive strength. All of our competitive lifters and athletes use this program in their daily training, while shifting into our specialty programs at different points in the year (example: Powerlifting Competition, Ultimate Fat Loss Program, 8 Week Power Jacked..etc).

PROGRAMS TO SUIT YOUR LEVEL

We take out the guesswork and give you a proven workout program based on your level of experience and fitness, and combine with a comprehensive nutrition program and meal plans, complete with supplementation, grocery lists, healthy food choices, and tips for success.

COACHING & ACCOUNTABILITY

When you work with a Torque Coach, not only will you have professional training and guidance, you’ll be held accountable to your goals through check-ins and on-going support.

The Torque Training App becomes your 1 stop dashboard for connecting with your trainer.

Getting started is easy! On the next page you will:

  1. Select your trainer. Watch their videos to learn about them or click here.
  2. Select your program.
    – Choose from Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced.
  3. Make your payment and account. You’ll get access to your training program immediately.
  4. Set up your profile and fill out your lifestyle/nutrition questionnaire.
  5. Your trainer will upload your custom nutrition plan to your dashboard within 24hrs of receiving your questionnaire.

 

Once you’re set up with a trainer and got your program and nutrition plan, you will use the app daily for your training and diet, along with our chat feature for daily communication.

You can send your lifting videos, update your bodyweight and insights in your profile, as well as any questions relating to your health and fitness goals.
