This is an 8 week program ready to take your training to the next level.

Lose bodyfat, build muscle, strength, and get jacked. This program should be repeated multiple times each year to maximize muscle gain and performance.

HEAVY ON THE MAIN LIFTS. LOTS OF VOLUME ON ACCESSORIES. DROP SETS ON EVERYTHING.

This is the basis of your training for the next 8 weeks. Fuel your body with performance based food, and your results will be nothing short of amazing.

On top of that – you’ll have a Torque coach to guide you every step of the way and motivate you to be consistent and push yourself.

TRAINING
This is where the work happens. Your workouts will be based off strength and powerlifting methods, while combining bodybuilding style training to create a stimulus to grow LEAN and get STRONG.

MEAL PLANS & NUTRITION
Your body is a result what you fuel it with. You’ll have a meal plan laid out to follow with macros, meal ideas, and calorie goals. This is Performance Nutrition.

COACHING & ACCOUNTABILITY
Our job is to keep you accountable and motivate through your training journey. We’re here to make sure you succeed.

You’ll send your training videos, food questions, progress photos, weight update and insights..etc. and have daily communication with your coach to push yourself to the next level.
