Nico is a National Record holder and competitive powerlifter specializing in training men and women who want to build strength and muscle through a combination of powerlifting and bodybuilding training.

Nico is the #1 ranked Canadian Junior Powerlifter at 165lbs and has competed internationally.

Having started as an athlete and transitioning to a coach, Nico has experienced exactly what his clients go through, which allows him to tailor their programs specifically to their needs.

Our competition peaking program will have you training hard over a course of 5 or 9 weeks and set you up for success on the platform as a competitive powerlifter. Your whole program is designed to make you the strongest you can be on the day of your competition.

POWER JACKED

This is the program you need if you want serious gains and get strong, jacked, and find your rhythm in the gym.
Built off the basics of training and nutrition, this program combines proven methods from years of bodybuilding, powerlifting, and athletics.

You’ll be using barbells, dumbbells, machines, and cardio – while incorporating the basic principles of nutrition which include whole foods, vegetables and fruits, as well as carb cycling.
