We know that life is busy. Between kids, work, home duties, and everything on your plate – We’ve condensed these to 30-40 minute workouts so you can “get in and get out”, but still progress towards your health and fitness goals.

Included is 24hr accountability, meaning your coach is only a message away to keep you on track when life gets hectic.

When you work with a Torque Coach, not only will you have professional training and guidance, you’ll be held accountable to your goals through check-ins and on-going support.

Getting started is easy! On the next page you will:

  1. Select your trainer. 
    Watch their videos to learn about them or click here.
  2. Select your program.
    Choose Home Workout from the list.
  3. Make your account and payment.
    You’ll get access to your training program immediately.
  4. Set up your profile and fill out your lifestyle/nutrition questionnaire.
  5. Your trainer will upload your custom nutrition plan to your dashboard within 24hrs of receiving your questionnaire.

Once you’re set up, you’ll have a 15-30 minute onboarding Zoom call to discuss your home workout equipment, and any other details.

You’ll use the app daily for your training and diet, along with our chat feature for  communication.

You’ll be using in-app insights to update your Bodyweight, Steps, Sleep, Energy Levels, and Adherence To Diet.
