Garrett is a personal trainer and Fire Fighter, as well as Online Coach and Nutritionist. He is Precision Nutrition certified (PN1) specializes in body transformations for both men and women as well as photoshoot and contest prep.
With over 10 years of training experience, Garrett has extensive knowledge in bodybuilding, hypertrophy training, competition preparation and strength training.
Over the course of his career in the fitness industry he has trained clients from all walks of life.
He understands the parallels between working out and everyday life so you can expect more then just your average coach.
