MEET YOUR HOLISTIC COACH

Diellona Zymeri (RHN, CPT)

Working with Diellona – she will take an overall wellness approach to your fitness, nutrition, mindset, sleep, and stress control into our programs. It’s programming your body to a whole new level of mindfulness with a well-rounded plan to achieve your heatlh and fitness goals.

Pathway to Success

Step 1 – Holistic Health Assessment (analysis on your current status of physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social health). This will be done via Zoom video call.

Step 2 – Prioritized needs assessment. This is where we determine what areas need to be addressed first, as we start to build your plan.

Step 3 – Evaluate barriers of success (nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, happiness).

Step 4 – Program implementation and ongoing support.

At this point we recommend you schedule bi-weekly or monthly video calls with your coach to go deeper into your areas of priority.

You will have 24hr communication with your coach for basic questions and feedback, but please understand that the root of a Holistic Lifestyle approach is getting deep into your assessment which is best done on a video call.

1. Approach the Body Holistically
A holistic approach to your training means encouraging sustainability instead of crash dieting and not seeing long lasting results.

In other words, it means touching base with several factors that affect your health such as diet, exercise, your environment, spiritual and emotional health, and stressors. With that in mind, it’s much easier to maintain and increase vitality to create lifelong results.

2. How Mind-Body Exercises Can Heal
By approaching our health through an all-encompassing view of our well-being, we can achieve great changes and a reversal of negative and unhealthy habits. In addition, there are mindfulness activities that encourage healing through strengthening of the mind-body approach.

We will teach you the tools you need to strengthen the connection between the body and mind, thus improving mental and physical health — and your overall health.

3. Be Mindful of How & What You Consume
Whether you want to avoid overeating, change your body composition (bodyfat %), control your blood sugar, balance hormones, or wish to consume only what your body requires — your plan will be tailored to your goals.

Mindfulness when it comes to nutrition will help you reach your goals. It’s a technique that helps you gain control over your eating habits. It’s been shown to promote weight loss, reduce binge eating, and help you feel better by:

  • Distinguishing between true hunger and stress eating.
  • Discovering your triggers and how to work with them.
  • Learning to cope with anxiety or guilt about food.
  • Eating to maintain overall health and well-being.
  • Noticing the effects food has on your feelings and self image.
  • Identifying and understanding how to make good food choices in your daily life.
